I started hearing him come around last weekend when it was beautiful out! But at 8:30pm?

Thats early compared to my neighborhood! Our ice cream man comes at exactly 10 every night starting now all the way through October. But I live in a neighborhood where stoop sitting is still very big so maybe thats why?

Sorry to laugh but that is hysterical!!!
I think it's even more funny because the ice cream man that used to handle our area would GUN it all over the neighborhood, ringing his bell, going at least 25-30 mph! How did he ever expect to get any business??!!

I know. Why do they drive so fast? I was crawling still trying to get him after I fell. I wasn't even crying in pain because of my broken leg, I was crying because I couldn't stop him I was obsessed with the ice cream man
