My MIL offered to sell us her house in Miller Place!!! Its on an acre of property and its a 3 bedroom!!! Its everything I want!!! She lives on Radio Avenue. She said she plans on selling it after the summer.

good luck - my uncle lives off radio ave - great area and my cousins go to rocky point and they are great schools
