Well after procrastinating for so long, I decided to join WW and I feel really good about it. I am going to try my hardest to stick to it because I really do want to look beautiful for my wedding. I hope we can all support each other.

Points are good... I lose the most when I do that. I feel like I eat too much when I'm on core... I'll make a huge whole wheat pasta/fat free cheese baked ziti and really pig out... not good!

That's great. And today my FH just got me a personal trainer for 10 sessions. We are going to be some kick a s s looking brides.

FH is not too thrilled about admitting to being on WW either but he lost over 20 pounds since the summer!
