Neesiepie's Bridal Shower

YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

My SHOWER was this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!
It was GREAT! My mom hosted it at the Irish Coffee Pub in the Waterford room. There were about 65 people there, and my dad and brother showed up towards the end. My BM's helped my mom out a LOT with favors, etc....and also helped me get through all those gifts. ....I got A LOT of nice things, everyone was so generous. My MOH came from FLORIDA to suprise me! I was SO HAPPY!
They played this game I have never heard of...I had to answer questions about FH and for each question I got wrong, I had to place a piece of Bubble Yum in my mouth....by the time it was over, I had such a huge wad of gum in my mouth I could barely talk and even had trouble spitting it out! It was embarrassing, but HILARIOUS! Only afterwards did I find out from FH that he changed his answers so I would get some wrong! LOL!
I definitely felt like a bride for the first time....I have been planning this weddding for SO LONG that I feel like I am planning someone else's wedding....it was so strange being the one sitting in that chair opening presents and wearing that silly bow hat!
I don't have many pics, since I didn't take any...but here are a couple I have. They played this game where the youngest person at the table had to be toilet papered to look like a bride with nothing but scotch tape and it had to be done in 5 mins (we gave them 10)...the lady in the pink made her napkins into a NAUGHTY bo-k!
We had a blast! I will add more pics when people send them to me later on during the week....

I LOVE my stand-up mixer! I got it in white!

I had a FEELING it was this weekend...b/c things were FLYING off of my registry, and my MOH kept saying 'It stinksI have to wait ALLLL the way until September to see you. I wish I could see you NOW....' then She tells me she is going to the Bahamas for the weekend and text messages me at 12am that the water is so warm and the weather is great...I was suspicious...and THEN...at 10 AM my COUSIN from FLORIDA calls my cell and leaves me a VOICE MAIL saying 'Hi, Denise...I am SO SORRY I MISSED YOUR SHOWER...but I overnighted a shower gift to you, call me when you get it'
HELLO....WHO CALLS THE DAY OF??? You call the NEXT day and if you call the day of, you don't call at 10 AM! SHEESH!
