I did. Oh well, I was driving to work this morning and I slid on the street my job was on. I was only going about 10mph, but it S U C K S because now I have to deal with insurance and everything. The guy I hit was totally cool about it because there wasnt a ton of damage to his car and he was pulled over so I just slid right into his car. He said it wasnt my fault because the roads are still so bad here (seriously like 3 inchces THICK of ice). I guess Farmingdale hasn't heard of the lovely invention called SNOW PLOWS!!! I am so mad, but life must go on!!! <~ me today!

awwww...you couldn't avoid it!! try not to stress over it, it happens so much this time of year and just think, it could have been a lot worse, had you been going fast!! thank goodness you're ok.

My rule of thumb is - if my school district is closed, I stay home. Why should students and teachers have all the fun?

It seems like no one knows what plows are for! I loved it when I worked in Smithtown. The roads were always nice!

I am so sorry. It's a bad time for accidents. Me and Fh got in one on saturday And were in so much pain. Thank god no one was hurt and it's only minor.

No I'm here at work. I was about 45 seconds from the office when it happened so I couldnt turn around. My car is fine and in working condition its just a bit banged up on the front panel. It just looks a little ghetto!

Does anyone know a good body shop? The guy called me and said that he doesnt want to have me to go through insurance because it will cost me a lot in the future. He said he will go to my body shop to get an estimate. Anyone know any good, cheap, and somewhat honest body shops in the nassau/suffolk area????
