So, my next question is, did they hatch? My Husband and I were just discussing the ducks, as we were lying in bed, at 12 blah, blah AM, and he was saying how ducks are born with feathers, and ready to leave the nest immediately, so I don't know if I'll get any pics of the newborns!!!! Then, he told me how his Dad, a farmer, got a chicken, to sit on a nest of pheasant eggs, and how his Dad knew exactly what chicken to choose, who had a maternal instinct, to sit on another bird's eggs, because not every chicken would do it. Interesting!!! Mary MOB

lol no they didnt. they had been out in the cold too long :( she felt horrible cuz she was the one that scared her away. she made her nest under a planter in the garden my mom picked it up and moved it and she freaked out and didnt come back for a day and a half before my mom took them inside :( too late
and it was mothers day!
