Guest ???

Hey

Do any of you ever think, 'gosh we are inviting 200+ and what is no one shows up or barely anyone comes'

That question goes through my head quite a bit and upsets me..anyone else ever feel like this??

Yeah, actually last night I was going over my list and we have almost 200 people on it. I said to FH...'what if we don't make our 125 guarantee?!?!?!'

Sometimes I wonder the same thing. We guaranteed 200 people. We are inviting 260. Im just worried about the worst. I just hope there no hurricane the day of my wedding. That would be a problem

Ugh - I have the opposite fear - that EVERYONE we invite comes. Alot of the people we are inviting are pretty much 'sure things' - eek! Obviously I want alot of people to come, but I don't want to go TOO high over our minimum

Yup. Us too. Our room has a minimum of 100. We're inviting 177, and the room has a max of 160. We're hoping for about 130-140.

I'm trying not to worry about it, but in the event of not making our guarantee, I'm definitely going to ask my hall if they can throw in extras, like maybe the Raw Seafood Bar or extend the party. I'm sure they will work with you if you don't make the minimum. In fact, I think I would rather have that, less people and more room!
