If I invite 200 people how many people should I expect? 30% are OOT guests, but 90% are family.
I know that no one could ever predict the exact number of guests will say yes, but I am wondering what I should expect.
How many did you invite? How many said yes?
TIA!!

Re: Guest Attendance vs Guests Invited
Hmmm i think alot of people say expect 15-20% not to show, but like you said you can't go by on that. But i would say thats the norm. I mean theres others who as time goes by the list gets bigger and they have even more show...people who RSVP will also change their answer, be prepared for that...For e-party i had some say they werent gonna come and rsvp'd no but in the end they did come and some who rsvp'd yes but didnt show. Its such a pain

Re: Guest Attendance vs Guests Invited
We invited roughly 300. At this point about 150 have said yes and about 30 have said no. We have another week and a half before all of the RSVP's are expected in.

Re: Guest Attendance vs Guests Invited
I believe (but dont quote me on this) that normally about 10 - 15% will not come.
We invited just over 200 and I'm going to guess that we'll end up with about 185 guests coming.

I heard that about 15% won't come & it's higher on a holiday weekend.

Mine is on a Friday night. I am sure that the #'s will drop because of that too.

Re: Guest Attendance vs Guests Invited
They say 20% of guests will not attend.
We invited 306 guests and hoping for 250-ish. Right now we have 130 Yes' and only 12 No's... our RSVP deadline is April 7th.

Re: Guest Attendance vs Guests Invited
90% of our guests were from OOT. We found out that family will travel and many friends will not, even with 18 months advance notice. Our rate was very low because of the OOT factor.
