Is it necessary to havve a guest book? And where can i get one?

I'm wondering the necessity too...I honestly can't remember ever having signed one. I really thought what my cousin had was nice: her invitation, framed with a matte around it that people could sign/write messages on. I think I am going to go that route.

They sell them in party stores.

I don't think it's necessary. I don't ever remember signing one at a wedding either. I don't plan on having one.
