we had a wish tree at our wedding. i know you asked for an engagement party, but it can definitely be used for both!

i made a tree and had little note cards with ribbon attached and the guests all wrote good wishes or advice and then hung it on the tree. it looked really pretty in the room and a lot of the guests participated!
