What is/What has everyone done for their guest books?
I am having a photo booth at the wedding and the attendant will be making a scrap book for us with the photos so I do not think I want a traditional guest book. I was looking online to get ideas but I'm so all over the place I don't know what to do.
I think the wishing tree idea is cute but not sure if I want to spend $$ on the actual tree. I also saw an idea on Four Weddings where a bride had her guests fill out tips or advice on post cards which I thought was cute. So I was looking into getting post cards made in vista print with peacock designs on them to fit my theme.
Any other unique ideas for a wishing bowl type of thingy...?? Lol Any ideas would be appreciated. TIA

I bought a mad libs 'wedding advice' PDF and printed them all on cardstock and cut them. They are 5x7 and I bought a purple/gray box to put them all in. I thought it would be a funny twist on the traditional guest book, and we can get a photo album that holds 5x7 photos and put them all inside afterwards

I was able to customize it with the seller to have my wedding colors and stuff like that. She was great and made it super easy to print and cut- It prints two on a page and has the lines and everything to cut

I made a photo album on shutterfly using pictures from our engagement shoot for our guest book. I like the mad libs idea and the post cards (I saw that ep too).
I know I've seen other things on Pinterest like using a guitar or a small table for guests to sign. Maybe find something that you could put out on display or hang up somewhere.

Fh and I had the idea to buy home plate to go with our mets theme and have people sign that with sharpies.

I think we are skipping the guest book. I feel like most people don't even sign it. I am looking at it as a way to cut a little cost. i dont think anyone will miss it. The only thing we *may* consider is I saw a cute peacock fingerprint guestbook thing on etsy. we'll see

We are doing a thumbprint tree. My friend is getting married next week and is doing the corn hole game at her CH and having guests sign that. Then they are lacquering it and keeping it.

I did wishing stones (pic in album). Not everyone did it and some people just wrote cute phrases but didn't add their name so we have to guess who wrote them. But I think it will be fun to display in a pretty vase. I knew personally if I had a book or something big that's framed I'd probably never display it.

Also having a photobooth so I bought really cute notecards that they can write something on and then I'm going to make a scrapbook with the photos and the notecards.
