I guess you could do as much as you want, but if you do both I think that one may not be filled out/signed, you know what I mean? I would probably just choose one - maybe you can ask your BM's to do the other one for your shower?

im doing both bc i spent time making my 'make a wish/take a wish bowls' but my maid of honor bought me a guestbook. one is to just sign your name, one is to leave a wish for us.

I think it just depends on how much you want people to fill out. You can maybe put it at different tables so it won't be overwhelming if you want to do both.

You could use a photo guest book. It is really cool, I just ordered mine. You take a picture with a Polaroid camera and then there is a page for the guest to write there wishes. Here is the site if you would like to check it out.
