I used a table in Word and then did a mail merge for all the envelopes.

Re: Guest List

I've heard that there is actually a wedding planning software out there that is very helpful. Another friend of mine bought a software called My Mail List and Address Book software and used it for her wedding invitations.

Re: Guest List

I would say the one on the Knot! It's so easy to use... however, if you don't have internet access at home I would say use an Excel sheet.

Re: Guest List

I use excel for everything. The workbook has about 10 different sheets - guest list, budget, vendors info, pics of ideas from the net, directions to vendors. I love it!!!!

Re: Guest List

I do back up my files, I know you have to. I have it on a disk, and on my computers at home and work. But I don't constantly back them up. The disk is the most up-to-date. But if I lost it, I would still have most of my info.
