so im down around the eight and a half month mark and we are ordering our invites from a friend in Florida who's fam owns a printing company.
Therefore im trying to solidify the list now. I'm bugggggin out!!
Our minimun is 150 people and i thought that would be hard, but the list is at 204 not including the 26 people on the B-List....
NRC holds way more then that so im not worried about space, but crap thats a lot more people
anyone else stressing about this??

my list is 270 without the B list.. our minimum for NRC is 200. I'm sure i'll be WAY over!! ut-ooooo

Yes, our guest list is at 210 right now and FH wants to add more people our min is 150

im not stressing anymore, i cant deal with fh he just keeps adding so now i am too lol are wedding's gonna be a LOT of people so im not resisting anymore hahahaaaa

Our original guest list was over 300 people...Now we got it down to around 180, and thats still alot in my opinion!! Dont stress it though, bc 20% of people you invite will not be able to attend...

Our min is 150. So far, on the must invite list we have 202 (which will probably change). Originally we were also going to add a B list - but to keep costs down and our numbers down, we arent even going to worry about the B list. Who ever can/will come from the 'A' list will be our final number.

My min is also 200 at NRC. Right now, my guest list (including B-list) is around 265. I'm sure that'll go upwards soon.

yes..my list is at 180 and it keeps growing weekly. We only want 100 so I'm having a hard time cutting it down because everyone knows everyone and I dont want to offend anyone. I would love to have them all there but we cant afford it.

yeah its tough to cut down. I have no one im willing to cut at this point. I even really want like 6 people from thr b-list there, but we will see.
Between my huge italian family , Our friends, FH's fam, and my sorority sisters my list just feels out of control.

So you got me thinking about the guest list thing, and I started to edit our list...I went from 180 to 128...Just keep thinking about who you really want to celebrate your day with you...Do you really want the coworker who blabs behind you back there, or the old college friend you havent spoken too in a year...Just keep things like that in mind and you will have no problem cutting your list!!

I wish my was that simple. My mom was the last girl out of 10 my dad second to last boy out of 11. my grandparent had my mom at the age of 40. So I have 1st and 2nd cousin who grew up with my mom. So just my side of the family is 130, that's not counting friends and co-workers.

In my case, i am not cutting anyone out to be sure that i hit my minimum. FH just told me that his brother who is getting married this May cut out wayyyyy too many people from his guest list... now he is totally under his minimum as of now and his RSVP date is coming up. So i just don't want this to happen to me!

Just remember not everyone shows up and most RH require u give the finially payment 7 days before so u will always guartee less we have a guest list of 215 but we told RH 125 and they said it holds 230 our room and that they need the finally # and DP seven days before, ALWAYS go less you wold be surprise how many people who said they would come and then call about 10 days or that week and say they are not coming

Yep...we wanted a more intimate 100 person party. Now its closer to 200. Its great, but our budget is hurting.
