Sounds silly, but I would think that these would all count towards the number of meals that need to be prepared... so should I actually be counting them on my list of final numbers (as far as the minimum and such)? TIA!

Re: GUEST LIST: do you count...
you and FH count towards your total number....if you are under your requirement THEN you can count vendors but then you pay full price for them, most halls charge 1/2 for vendors, but they dont count in your 'final head count' then.

Agreed. you count B+G and you can count vendors if you need to meet your minimum.
If you pay 1/2 price for vendors can you count them each as .5 toward your minimum? never thought about that
luckily our band is a house vendor so we dont have to pay for their meals

You do count FH and yourself torwards the final count... however most RH charge seperately for the band/DJ, and other vendors to eat.

Re: GUEST LIST: do you count...
u definetly count u & fh....but as for the vendors, u need to absolutely double check with ur RH on this because all places are different! I had all in-house vendors free, and other vendors were 1/2 price. call & ask whoever u've been dealing with

Re: GUEST LIST: do you count...
you do count them and as long as you reach your minimum # of people then you only pay a certain amount......my RH charges $50 for vendors which is great considering what I'm paying per person

Re: GUEST LIST: do you count...
Definetely count you and FH and check with your RH hall on the price for vendors but they should not have to count towards your final count unless you are below minimum.
