I don't have one, but maybe the MICROSOFT OFFICE WEBSITE has something to download

Edited to say:
I just did a search on that site and there's a Complete Wedding checklist. Just do a search for 'Wedding'

FM me your email address.

Basically I made 2 tabs and then made small sections

Brides Side tab
Immediate Family:
Mom's Side:
Dad's Side:
Family Friends:
Friends:
Co-Workers:
Miscellaneous:

Groom's Side Tab:
Immediate Family:
Mom's Side:
Dad's Side:
Family Friends:
Friends:
Co-Workers:
Miscellaneous:

I subtotaled each section, then at the end of the sheet and then added them together in a cell. Very easy to manage. And made it so easy when I needed to do table seatings because the groups were already together.

To keep it simple, I just made one list, I did not seperate the sides. These are the column headings:

Response
No. in Party
Salutation
Name
Guest
Address
City
State
Zip

Now, all I have to do is a mail merge to do the envelopes, that is why I have different columns for their address. Then, I will fill in the number attending when they respond back. After I have sifted ut the people who are not coming, I will put the table number next to the person.

I did it this way so that it is all in one spot and I am not fumbling back and forth to search for people and responses.
