*Guest List Tip*

Okay girls when you are making your guest lists - just make them in EXCEL - this makes it so much easier to keep track of. This is how I broke mine up:

First Name Last Name Guest First Guest Last List A/B Number Invited Address 1 Address 2 City State Zip Code Country Email Home Phone Work Phone Table

*BUT* since i ordered my invitations they want it in an EXCEL sheet with each category being a line of address so it would be three lines
1. name
2. address
3. city, state, zip
- if you want to get your invitations addressed for you!

ALSO i added a category called: Relationship - and then i cut and pasted all the women i want invited to the shower and to the bach party - i sent these lists to my sister and cousin. Under relationship i wrote WHO the person was so they would know such as: ( coworker, Anthony's Aunt, best friend ) etc. so they could cut the list where they felt was appropriate.

Re: *Guest List Tip*

the reason i am posting this now is because i have the holy grail of address books IN MY HANDS AS WE SPEAK

FMIL - has allowed - for this one time only - her address book to leave her house. . . LOL

i am taking all the addresses out of it - she is so organized - this book is perfect!!

well you dont really need to know how to use it - just on the very first line make your headings - one in each column like: NAME, ADDRESS etc.

then under each heading type in your list

If you go to the top - where it says A B C etc you can put your cursor in between the columns and resize them so you can see all that you are typing
