Guest List worksheet?

Hi Ladies -
I'm beginning my guest list (ugh!!!). I'm trying to put it in a word doc - or excel doc - but I want to use the best way before putting all the effort in. I want to put the addresses in with the guest list - What did you ladies use?

Me too. It's way easier than Word for maintaining it just for sorting and searching purposes.

These are the fields I used.

First Name(s) Last Name(s) #A's #K's Guest STD RD SH HT Address 1 Address 2 City State Zip

KEY
#A's - number of adults
#K's - number of kids
Guest - whose list they're on
STD - save the date sent
RD - rehearsal dinner invitee?
SH - shower invitee
HT - need a hotel room?
