Guest Minimum

Hi everybody,
I'm working on my save the date cards and going over the guest list. If I need to guarantee 150 guests at my reception, how many people do you suggest I invite? Thank you for your feedback!!

About 180 - 190 I think would be a good figure.

I;d invite around 180-190. It depends. If you go through your list you may be able to figure out exactly who will and will not come.

about 180-190.

i have minimum of 175 so i'm inviting about 200-210 and hoping about 180 come

I have a 150 min and I plan on inviting approx 170-180

you can always count your vendors meals in that figure if you fall short of your min.

I guaranteed 175 but inviting about 217 (without counting the kids). I think we'll end up in the 180-190 range.

I agree with what was said above. For a 150 minimum, you can invited about 180-190. If you don't make your minimum, you can talk to your hall about your vendors, and I know a few halls have thrown in extra stuff like more food at CH or something, so some of your money is not going to waste.

My minimum is 150 too and I'm hoping to invite 175 or 180 (we have ALOT of sure things!)

you need at l east 175- 180 guests bc we have to count on some no's

i gave a 200 minimum and we have on our guest list 320 and my room cap is 300

I would look carefully at your list, and consider having a B list

I invited 245 and have 160 coming! (which includes 2 vendors).

i'm scared to death of not making minimum because mine is 175!!! i didn't realize how high that was when we signed!

once you start talking to your families, the number goes up trust me!!

when me and my FI made our list, we had 225

once we showed it to my parents, who are paying for Villa, now the head count to invite is 330!!!

Thank god we the room can fit 400
