Guest Shuttle

Guest Shuttle

I finally found some room in my budget for a guest shuttle to and from the hotel. I was hoping you ladies could help me out with some quotes and recommendations? I live several hours away and won't be on LI for a couple of months - so I need someone with a great reputation. I'll have approximately 50 people to shuttle. I'd really appreciate quotes! Thanks!

Guest Shuttle

I am doing the same for my guests and am using two compaies; first is the one that is taking my bridal party to the church and reception then shuttling any guest back to the town where the hotel is. That was camelot limo's and the total is 1700. However I think it was 650 for the shuttling? However, my friends staying at the hotel did not want to drive 30 minutes to the RH so I booked them a 14 passanger van at $110 one way ($20 cheaper then LItaxi, suprisingly). That company is Exit Transportation and I know he has a 40pass LImo bus. Let me know if you want more info....HTH

It depends on if you want multiple trips or not. I would go for a coach bus with that amount of people. They average about $1000 but you can get better. HTH

We are using the hotel shuttle for $375 and we also are using our limo company, Sir Oliver. I can't remember the cost, it was included in the full day for the bp/fmaily plus our hotel guests.

Does your hotel offer a shuttle?

Camelot gave me a great quote for shuttle to and from hotel and RH for my guests. I think it was under $500. Also, if you block rooms at the Viana they will provide a complimentary shuttle so long as 8 rooms block. We ended up doing that to save money - plus the rooms were not as expensive as I thought they'd be, probably because the time of year of our wedding. Goodluck :)

Thanks ladies! Yes, my hotel offers a shuttle, but 2 13 passenger vans aren't going to cut it. I'm expecting a lot of out of town guests!

North Fork Express gave me the best rate of all the shuttle buses companies I looked at.

i don't know the costs but i've seen allot of brides use a school bus if you have that many people;and it's cheaper than a passenger van...if you do a search on here you should find those posts.

Gold Coast Limo is doing a 50 person shuttle for a little over $1,000. They are bringing the guests to the venue and back to the hotel after. They have been very easy to plan with.
