Can anyone suggest a way to transport the guests staying at the hotel to and from the wedding? I went to a wedding once where they provided a shuttle to and from... and it was PERFECT so that everyone could drink and have a good time and know they had a ride back at the end of the night. Does anyone know of some cheaper charter buses? Limo companies charge too much for this. My hotel doesn't offer a shuttle. Then I was thinking to maybe just put the phone number of taxi companies in the 'goodie bags' in my guests' hotel rooms, but I would rather provide a shuttle of some sort. Any ideas?

I want to do it also. It is really expensive. I have been calling cab companies and limo places. I am still looking for a decent price

We used Alert Bus Company and had a 49 passenger coach bus make two trips from the hotel to the reception and back again at the end of the night for $750. The service was great! I recommend them!
Call Royalty Limos and speak to Manny. They have shuttle buses that are not that expensive. We are providing transportation to and from the wedding to the hotel. Feel free to FM me for pricing.

If you google charter bus and new york, you should find a bunch of places. Shop around for the best rate.

We went with Sunrise Coach lines. They are located in Greenport. $800 for a 55 passenger bus. They will pick up guests at the hotel, take them to the reception, and then take them back to the hotel afterwards. Good Luck.
