so i have a ? about this topic, what do u do when the family is from out of state? how can you tell them no to bringing there kids when they dont have anyone here to watch the kids....
i sent out my invites and i have cousins from out of state and i put mr and mrs on invite and the rsvp came back total to attend 3, 2 adults 1 child..
what can i do, if i say no kids then they probably wouldnt be able to come

I once was hired to babysit the kids at the wedding. They put me and the kids in an extra bridal suite for the day..it worked out well..all the parents came but the reception was adult only!

I arranged babysitters months ago and told my guests that I would arrange (not pay for) babysitters for them upon request. I think we even put it on the invitations. Because of that genius plan only one is couple is bringing their kids, everyone else is leaving them home with grandparents. I also had the sitters come to my shower so the mom(s) could meet them ahead of time.
