How are you suggesting that guests that do not have cars get to the wedding that live in brooklyn and the city get to the wedding. My RH is in Woodbury. Is there a LIRR station near there?

Honestly I would suggest they rent a car for the day. Maybe split the cost in 4 or 5 depending on how many fit in the car.
Other than that they can take the LIRR and take a cab, but cabs are probably just as expenwsive as splitting the cost of renting a car. I'm not sure which LIRR station is the closest to Woodbury.

They can take the LIRR to the Hicksville or Syosset stations & take a cab from there.

my guests from manhattan are carpooling. there are some others that might take a cab from the LIRR

They can take the LIRR to Syosset station, then get a cab from there. Or if there is a group of them, they can get a limo together. Thats what my friends and I usually do for weddings, even though we all drive, this way we don't have to worry about drinking and driving. It's not that expensive.
