Gurneys Weddings

I was at Gurneys in Montauk this weekend and got to watch two weddings on the beach. My mom and I waited 2 hours on Saturday in the cloudy, yukky weather waiting for the bride. We didn't realize what time the ceremony was starting. Just as the guests were about to walk down to the beach it started to rain Felt so bad for her! But, after about 15 minutes everyone went to the beach and sat down on wet chairs. I guess she was determined to get married outside.
The wedding on Sunday was beautiful. Perfect weather! Everyone was on the beach watching. So much fun watching those beach weddings!!
