Re: Gym
I don't know. I'm just lazy and I have all this equipment at my house but I don't use it. I think if I pay to go somewhere I will be more likely to work out.

Re: Gym
I am lazy and I knew since it was 30 minutes I would do it. I usually go for and hour everyday but... if I didnt feel like going for an hour I know I can always find at least 30 minutes of my day to go.

Re: Gym
I recently joined Eastern Athletic Club In Dix Hills. I really like it so far. It's never crowded when I go (which is in the afternoon). I pay by the month ($45), but you can join for the year as well. It includes full use of the gym, including classes. They have 3 locations so you can go to anyone you want: Dix Hills, Melville, & Blue Point. Hope this helps

Re: Gym
EAC is good but i was getting charged 2 times a month and was not going, and it took a couple of months to righten those over charges. i do know that there was a curves/ladies express opening by green cactus grill in stony brook. i am sure it is open by now, but as of december, it was not.
