GYM In Seaford-HELP!!!!

GYM In Seaford-HELP!!!!

Anyone no of a decent inexpensive gym in Seaford.
I just moved to Seaford and can't find a gym!! Maybe North Massapequa area too!!!!

I really need to get my fat A$$ in shape!! HELP!!!!!

i dont know of one in seaford, but i go to synergy in massapequa which is the next town going east. it is in the same shopping center as Kohls. they have great machines and classes.

When I used to live in Lindenhurst I went to the Lucille Roberts on Sunrise in Massapequa. Honestly-it's a VERY nice Lucille Roberts and you can't beat their prices. (I did the $300 for 2 years membership.) Very clean gym and the staff was very friendly.

i only go when i can and they ethically cant offer me a membership bc i live too far.. so i have 50 sessions for 400$ good for a year.

FH is paying somethink like 42$ a month for a year.. and hes there 6 days a week and loves it.

I need classes.. I LOVE spin classes!! it's the only thing that keeps me motivated!!!

I was a member at Synergy, is really in farmingdale on main street or there is one in Massapequa on Sunrise Hwy (by the mall) or there is one on hempstead turnpike in levittown

But North shore is only in East meadow right!!

I actually just called synergy and they start at $36 per month!!! They are actually 5 mins from my house too!!!!! Im going to check it out Saturday!!!!

yeah it is in east meadow.. but its far.. but FH raves about it.. and i love it when im there every weekend.

its far but its new!

that price near u is great! i would jump on it!
