GYNO RECCOS in suffolk....

i goto a fairly large doctors office.... happen to really love my doctor but the office is terrible!!!!!! i made an 8 am appt and wasnt out of there until 945---- just for my yearly!!!!!! REALLY??!!! i make the very first appt so i can be in and out and goto work and still... and hour and a half...

Does anyone have a really good gyno they can recommend??? i live in babylon and would prefer to go on a recco then find one on my own.

I go to Dr. Lockhart at SouthBay ob/gyn. I love her, but I almost always wind up waiting a ridiculous amount of time - even when I make the first appt in the morning.

I love the woman I see--Dr. Decastro in Women's Healthcare of Suffolk in Hauppauge. Only thing is that it might be a bit of a drive for you?

I am always in and out of that office! They are great.

I know- Dr. Lockhart is the best! But the office can drive you crazy. I like her too much to change Drs. I always make sure I'm not hungry and bring a good book when I have an appt there (and you just reminded me - I need to make an appt now )

mine is in eastern nassau - Dr. Koka in Bethpage

love him! he delivered me and my sister so i feel comfortable with him

Crashing too.... but I love Dr Lockhart! When I make a 7:45am appt, they almost always take me before 8. Then yes, I do wait in the gown in the little room, panicked and sweating.... but she doesnt usually make me wait more than 15-20 mins.

Sorry you have a different experience there. I think it would take A LOT for me to find a new GYN at this point. Finding her was tough enough.

I hate the waiting, but love her, so I wouldn't change Drs. When I can, I make my appts for first thing in the morning. But when I have to make an evening appt, its usually a really long wait - but I've learned to just plan for that (and last time I was there, I was pleasantly surpries and only waited a few minutes). And even though I just moved from Babylon to Commack, I am still keeping her as my Dr.

My friend recommeneded but they are all the way in West Islip I use to have an OBGYN in St. Catherines I loved but I can't remember his name and he moved I kind of want an OBGYN who can deliver too in a Hospital by me so IDK any suggestions?

Dr. Julie Welischar in Setauket. I really like her. They do not have other offices, but I'm not sure where.

I think the one I go to is called Stony Brook Obsterics and Gynecology

I'm pretty sure Dr. Judge is in the same practice as Dr. Lockhart - Its South Bay OB/GYN in West Islip. I'm sticking with Dr. Lockhart even though I'm in Commack now.

Try Contemporary Womans Care. There located right next to St. Catherine's. I usually see Dr. Soviero, her & Dr. Rubin delivered my son Usually not too bad of waits, depending the time of day you choose & great staff... & take it from some1 who was there once a month down to once a week lol

OMG YEAY! THAT'S HIM! LOL My old DR I miss! LOL Me and my Mom were trying to remember she said I know it was with a P and she was right!

He is in Park Slope now
