well...my supervisor left a paper with everybody's pay rate information in my store. I found it...got a little freaked coz i knew i wasn't supposed to have access to that info and I had also just recently sent a letter to her stating why i felt i deserved more money and i didn't want her to think that was the reason why. so i destroyed it and acted like i never saw it...but it was in my store for a few days before i found it. well somebody went and leaked info to other people about the payrates and now my supervisor is implicating me or my assistant as the people who leaked it. I had a fit and started crying and just basically said i had had enough and with the stress of the nonsense i was already dealing with plus this that if she felt she needed to implicate me and jeopardize my job then she could do exactly that because I was sick of it all. she calmed down a bit...and just said she was disappointed that i didn't come to her about it. i explained my reasons as to why but now I'm just so worried that she may try to fire me over it and it was her fault for leaving stuff like that lying around. I'm paying a mortgage and my wedding...i already have a stressful job as is...i don't need to worry about wether or not people are trying to get rid of me on top of all that.
