Had a work shower today!
It was almost a surprise! I went to lunch (perfect timing too I was told) but they were still scrambling when I came in. One lady headed me off at the pass walking with me to the other entrance to the library saying construction guys were measuring at the normal entrance (which we are having the library redone soon so I believed it). But 2 other girls were wrapping gifts by the other entrance so I walked back to the kitchen and waited for them to tell me it was OK to come in. LOL
Actually they thought I knew from yesterday -the food was accidently delivered yesterday! And I saw it but didn't know it was for today.
I'm so clueless.![]()
anyway it was great - cheese and fruit platters, 2 cakes and champagne. I am very lucky to work with such lovely people!
