Had an accident today

I had an accident on the Sunken Meadow on my way in to work this morning. I was in the right lane, someone cut me off (I swear he hit me but there is nothing to reflect that on my car), I hit the breaks, lost control, swerved across the left lane (which was empty, thank GOD) and slammed into the median. I am achy but no broken bones and nothing serious. I am going to the doctor at 3:30 just to double check. My car is not in good shape. Not totaled but a lot of body damage, not able to drive it, etc. I am very shaken up and have some aches and pains but thankfully, it was not nearly as serious as it could have been. When I was out of control, I had a second of thinking, Oh my God, please do not let this be the end. Thankfully, I am okay, a car is replaceable, and in light of everything that could have been, I feel grateful.
