I was a little nervous because ya know, it's dinner with a priest! But it was so well! He just asked a little about me and my background, FH was playing catch up with him (Fr. Marana used to teach FH in highschool), and then we talked about the ceremony. It was a good thing I bought the sample of our program because Fr. Marano helped make some changes to it. It was just overall great to meet with him and now it seems even MORE real!

That is so great and good call with the program. I brought the one the church gave me and when I showed it to Father Tom he said it was the wrong one. So he was able to give me a hand with the new one.

Well this was the rundown of the inside that I had originally:
Processional Liturgy of the Word Opening Prayer Old Testament Repsonsorial Psalm New Teastment Gospel Homily Rite of Marriage Blessing of Rings Lighting of the Unity Candle Prayer of the Faithful Presentation of Gifts Liturgy of the Eucharist Nuptial Blessing Final Blessing Recessional
Here are the changes he said to make: - Underline the Liturgy of the Word (everything that follows up until Rite of Marriage is what happens during the LOTW) - Take out Homily and just have Gospel (they go hand in hand and there is no need to list both) - Underline Rite of Marriage (everything that follows up until Liturgy of the Word is what happens during the ROM) - Change Blessing of Rings to 'Blessing and Exchange of the Rings' - Underline Liturgy of the Eucharist
and that's it. He said everything else looks great. When I get to work an update ours I will post.
