Had my EW meeting tonight!
Tonight FH and I met with the catering manager at East Wind and set our menu. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we went in, but she made some suggestions. We also picked out our cake...nothing too fancy...yellow cake with raspberry mouse filling in one tier and canoli with chocolate chip filling in another layer. She also gave us advice on seating charts and our 'homework' to do before we meet again in May--we have to design our seating chart, provide an alphabetical list of our guests and their table numbers, etc. We got a lot of our questions answered and also got to see the Estate again, which is always exciting!![]()
