with my dj, photog and video guy last night and i love all of them. i went in so prepared with all my timeline and song selectrioncs all written out and it made the meetings go so smoothly and quickly. they were laughing at how organized i was compared to other brides they had recently seen but it made it so much easier on them.
my FH and i definitely feel comfortable with all of them and its a good feeling to be confident with our choices.

haha i wrote it out on a piece of paper, so it's nothing really formal. but it just listed what time we are leaving for hair/makeup appts, time florist arrives, time photog/video arrives, time limo arrives, time to meet for pictures at the first location, time to be at the RH to take pics there before ceremony, etc...
