had my rehearsal dinner on thurs!
It went really well. my church has the longest aisle in nassau county and they arent kidding. my dad said as a joke we should just take a cab down the aisle thats how long it is. everyone showed up on time, we practiced. it felt so surreal! after that we headed to Corbin & Reynolds in Long Beach the new steakhouse. It was really good and everyone had fun. the only beef i had was that his parents paid for it which I was grateful for. But they didnt include alcohol. which was fine.. we said we would pick up the tab for the drinks.. but i knew people would be having a few and we had 40 people. needless to say the bar tab came to over $700!!!!!!!!!
and with tip- was over $900. that was half the cost of the dinner! im not going to lose sleep over it but for the extra $11 per person I wouldve added the liquor...
