HAD MY SHOWER!!

Oh, it was so incredibly special. I knew where and when, but I didn't know anything else about it! My friends (we do not have a bridal party) did such a fantastic job! It was at a friend's house in Brooklyn---the women were invited from 5-8, then men were invited for the 'after party' after 8PM. They had sent invitations to people and assigned guests a certain time of day to be the theme of their gifts---that was great! We got such wonderful and creative gifts.
We also played games--my friend had called my fi before hand and asked him questions about himself, and then at the shower they asked me the questions--to find out if I 'really' knew my husband to be!!! Well---I knew 10 out of 12 of the answers!!!:-)
My friend, whose house it was at, had cooked
all the food--which was absolutely delicious!! She even made fudge for dessert!! (I hope I will fit into my dress now!)
I just wanted to share my wonderful day and evening with all of you! The shower will be among one of our fondest memories of our engagement!
