Had my shower this weekend!!
They had an 'Over the Rainbow' theme for me, with little Wizard of Oz characters and balloons in all different colors.
Everyone was so sweet and worked so hard. The food was amazing - it was a restaurant in NJ near my house.
But the BEST part was this amazing DVD my mom put together with pics of me when I was little and it went through all the 'characters' in my life and how on my travels I found my 'nerve' (pics of me in plays and dance recitals) my 'brains' (pics from all my graduations - even kindergarten!!) and 'then she found her heart' (pics of FH as a baby until now). And finished up with 'no place like home' showing pics of FH and I together at our house with our dog. Everyone was crying - I've watched it a million times already!!
It was so great - I wish all of you the same at your showers!!
