Had my shower yesterday!!!!!

Well girls I had my shower yesterday and all I can say is wow!!! It was simply amazing. So much time and thought went into the planning. It was one of the best days of my life til the wedding of course.

They had it at a local resturant in Rockaway (The Beach Club). Food was wonderful. There were about 60 people. I got a ton of things and mostly everything on our registry is gone. Now we have to find a place to put everything. His sisters got us a 27 inch Television and an oil painting of any wedding picture we want. I was somewhat surprised. I knew it was coming up and I usually work Saturdays but I got a phone call Friday saying that they were closed Saturday due to an electrical problem. Also I had not been feeling good and went to the dr. Friday. Ten minutes before we walked out the door I got a phone call saying I had strep throat. Thank god I had been on antibiotics for 24 hours already.
