Had my tasting at the Hamlet (Commack).... WOW!

Had my tasting at the Hamlet (Commack).... WOW!

Sat night we had our tasting in preparation for the big day next week .... the only thing I can say is OMG!!! The food, the presentation, the atmosphere was so spectacular!

We had a feast! They served everything that we picked on our menu. The main course included fillet mignon, champagne chicken & red snapper. They were all soooo good that I won't be able to choose between them!

Anyone looking at halls these days should definitely consider seeing it. Lisa & Tim are terrific & made us feel so welcome.

All the decorations are up, now & it looks beautiful!! An A+ in my book!

I'm so glad for you! My FH's sister was married there 5 years ago and everyone still raves about it! Tim has been wonderful working with us since Ron left. I can't wait to hear all about your day.

fleeflee, I was going to FM mail you! Everything was top notch. They treated us like family ... it really made everything seem very real!!! the whole family raved about the food all night & told everyone how great its going to be!

It really is ... I would highly recommend it! I was sceptical @ first, but I'm a complete convert these days!
