i had let my hair grow for the wedding and didnt even get it cut in the LOOOOOOOOOONGEST time. On top of that, i had died it from blonde to red, then did red a couple of times then a few weeks before the wedding went back to blonde. Because of all that, my hair was just dead, at least 5 inches of it was fried. Since the HM ive had so much trouble with it, no matter how much i blow dry my hair it just laid flat and dead and looked horrible. Saturday night when we went out i put it in a ponytail as soon as we got out bc it just looked horrible so had no choice but to chop it off. I was planning to cut it anyways but just not yet but i do love it, now it looks like my hair has style and looks 100% healthier

here are pics but they were taken 8 hours after i cut it so the back was a bit messed up and stuff

i actually think im also going to go just a little bit shorter. I told him i wanted it up to where my neck ended and he did exactly that, now i think i want it to end in the middle of my neck and then as it goes towards the front it goes longer, its how it is now, the back is shorter and front is a longer

here is 1 more pic - this is how im cutting my hair after the wedding - i cant wait to cut mine - FH wants me to cut it the day after the wedding before we leave for the HM he loves short hair on me - he is a nutcase - but ive been savings pics to bring with me - this also looks like what you want - very long in the front and short in the back...

yeah dh said it to me too once we got back from the HM, actually the day we were leaving and coming back home he said 'so youre cutting it when we get home right' he likes short hair.

Thank you so much, i like that pic. My hair is very thin so i do need it stacked in the back to give it more of an effect, MANY MANY years ago i had this cut but much shorter, the long part came up to my chin in the front and the back was very stacked. Ill wait a few short weeks and go back and get it cut a bit more. Right now its more full but in the pics it was taken around midnight and it got flat

your hair always looks good! us curly haired girls cant have nice styles because the shorter it goes, the bigger it gets!

your hair always looks good! us curly haired girls cant have nice styles because the shorter it goes, the bigger it gets!

its funny bc although i love long hair, when i cut it short its when i actually get some volume to my hair so my reason for cutting it is so it gets a bit fuller, but thats bc long my hair is so limp

Very pretty Denise!!! You have the kinda of hair that looks great short or long. If I cut mine that short it would turn into a frizzy fro.

i need to dye it too and was going to do it yesterday but not 100% sure what color i want, whether to go back to red or what. But i think im actually going to go blonder with this cut
