Had the hem measurement today

Had the hem measurement today

Macy's Manhasset is so great... they always make me feel so relaxed. I had a million questions about the bustle and the length of the dress - they made me feel so much better. So now that the hem measurement is out of the way - the dress should be in by May just in time (true date isn't in my avatar).

It's not that far - it's a few months from now... in fact I had to get on the ball b/c they told me it takes 8-10 months to come in... had I not done it now it may have been late...

PS - confusion may be lack of a date in my avatar... it's for privacy purposes - a few ladies on here do that a lot of dates are not the real dates....

It's actually the truth. Many brides don't put who they have booked either. It's a web site, and while the ladies on here are great, you don't know who else may be lurking around. It has happened in the past where vendors had been cancelled on brides from others who wanted them or something like that.

I'd say! I don't think it's happened recently, but I know it happened to someone around the time I first joined.

I think I'm getting a hollow to hem dress. I'm very nervous about it because i have to pick up the shows first.
