Had the One Day Lamaze Refresher Yesterday

at LIJ. It was a nice class.

Also, just for those who are delivering at LIJ and have not received the admitting papers. My DH and I stopped by the admitting office and filled out all the paper work and they now have it on file. It's a good thing to do this.

One thing I will say: the class was informative and was glad to do it in one day. This is my second, by my DH's first: anyway: DH was doing one of the breathing techniques wrong and I thought he was going to hyperventilate. I was laughing so hard....Thank God...he finally got it....

The good thing is this: I know how to breathe...LOL...

LOL, he'll probably try to coach you on the breathing in the delivery room and you'll probably grab him by the throat and tell him to shut up hahahahaha they try to help

I never used any of the breathing techniques except the good old 'deep breath in through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth' one.
