How about setting your hair in rollers..they result in nice waves and if you have thick hair will look really nice..

Re: Hair...
Redken makes a product called all soft I use the deep cream and leave it in a Half hour or SO and my hair gets SO soft and shiny. My hair went to crap when I got a perm and the all soft is SO silky when I do my hair straight. it will help with the curlers. good luckhttp://www.redken.com/products/displayProduct.cfm?p=532

Re: Hair...
Millie I think that hair style will look great on you. I say try larger rollers or even an iron but the big one-with the flexible hold or mousse. Also dont wrap the curls on top of each other and tight on the iron, wrap it down and around but loose and when its on the iron kind of rub the hair on the iron...does that make sense?

Re: Hair...
I curl my very think hair every now and again because I can't take it being so long (like many brides I am also growing out my hair) What I have done with my hair is use that 'easy' curling iron- the one that has an added coil on it so your hair just fits in. What I do is I blowdry my hair- just to dry it and then I curl it in section and run my fingers through it to relax them a bit. I hope that helps! Good luck!
