Is everyone telling their bridesmaids how to wear their hair or are you letting them do what they want to do?

Re: Hair
I really dont care some want it up and some want it down. My bp is hot, they'll look amazing anyway. But I have been in wedding where the bride wanted all of our hair up, I completely understood and it looked nice, so whatever you imagine for that day I would do. I wouldn't worry about your bp caring.

nope, I'm awake too (unfortunately). At first I was telling them I want their hair all up but then I realized it's a little rude of me to tell them how I want them to wear their hair that they are paying for.

Thats how I feel. Then as a gift I was going to pay for it but I just don't have the money to do that. And what if they want to use someone different. I think I am just going to tell them to do what they want with their hair.

Yeah I think I have decided to that also. Plus if I tell them to all do updos it might take awhile. I think it would just be better and unselfish if I tell them to do what they are most comfortable with and what they want.

I know, I wanted to pay for it too but it's definitely too expensive, I'm going to get them matching necklaces

Yeah I am making a bag for them with their names on it I think not sure on that part yet. I am going to put matching necklace and earrings for them to wear on the day of the wedding and flip flops that match the dress so if they want to be comfortable at the wedding.

Well I gues I am the bridezilla, I want them all to wear it up. I told them I don't care how, but keep it up until the reception. After that they can do what they want with it

Re: Hair
I'm going to strongly suggest that my girls wear their hair up. Mine is going to be down and I just like the contrast.

Mine is most likely going to be up but I don't know if I want them to wear theirs down. I think I would feel the same way as you though if I was wearing my hair down.

Re: Hair
if i got what I wanted they would all have a french twist but some want it up and some want it down so i think i will say they can do what they want.

Re: Hair
Personally micro managing is not my style. As a pp mentioned it does look nice but to me it means more to have everyone look and feel beautiful and confidant. I guess it really depends. My MOH has short hair so it's not likely they can all have the same style anyway. Mention it to them and see what they think. Maybe everyone can agree on something and you will all be happy. Let us know how it goes.
