so i plan on highlighting my hair 3/4 - do you think thats to early?

I think it really depends on how fast your hair grows.....maybe you can do it 3/10??

yeah - i wanted to die my hair dark brown but i guess i will have to make it blonde because my hair will oxcidise in the sun sooooo
