do you want someone to come to your house? If so, Jillian Kristine and Randi Ross are both great for hair (google their names and go to their websites, the prices are right on there)
For makeup, I booked Christina Amador (prices on her website as well)

I used Jilll from Jillian Kristine Salon & Stacy from About Face Artistry. They were both awesome and traveled to me the day-of. I highly recommend both of them!
