are you girls tipping your hair and make-up vendors? if so how much for the trial and the day of. seriously, they are charging so much to begin with, I don't want to tip at all but feel obligated.

For my trials, I have 20% and I'll do the same for the Day of.

ive heard from some people that if the hair and makeup person is working for him/herself then they get full profit and tipping is not necessary, but if its at a salon then 20%.. but i dunno i feel funny not giving anything?

ye if salon def 20% if not 10-15% is okay or even no tipping. I regret tipping my trial bec i hated it so much but wtvr i felt bad not tipping.
edit: trial worked for herself.

I tipped at my trial.....trial was $25 and I gave her $5 tip, the day of she charges $100 and I will give her $15.00 tip....she does not work at a salon
