Hair and Makeup

I was wondering how it works to find someone for hair and make-up.
Do I do a bunch of trial appointments ($) or do I look through books of their work to see their style and pricing, then do a trial?
Also, I'm from Massachusetts where I just got full up-do with curls and it cost me $27, so what should I expect for pricing here?
And lastly, any recommendations near Holbrook?

well theres no book of make up artists and their work, not numerous ones...look on here at the recommended vendors, who other girls are using...then yes you book a trial with them, it does cost money, the price ranges for all of them, i would say average is $50 for a trial, but can be even higher. If you like them just book them and day of hair and make up will cost more...for weddings prices are more money. Expect $125 and up for hair alone...they come to your house the day of

or you can go to a salon and do a trial there

Wow, I can tell you that you're not going to find a $27.00 deal lol Most updos start at 50 and if you want someone to come to your house, you are looking at at least a $50.00 trial and $100.00 day of charge.
