Since I've conquered so many other things already, why not start looking into hair/makeup? lol Can you ladies send some links to sites for makeup/hair stylists that come to your home the day of? I know there is Oksana and Jen the Hair Genie and Pedala sisters. There is one other that is already booked, forgot her name. If you can post some names/sites I'd really appreciate it. I do not want to look into artists that noone has heard of or will not be using..I defintely want someone well-known and that does a good job. Is anyone going to their regular salon the day of??? TIA.

I dont know if my hair will hold that curl, i think it will fall out in like an hour. But i want to try that look so bad,
yeah my hair is real thin and doesnt hold curls well. Guess youll find out at the trial, good luck it is very nice

I have the opposite hair than you and have the same problem, I have so much hair on my head, its enough for 3 or 4 people. Its so thick and course i hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicole, you know I'm in the same boat as you as far as huge, coarse hair. That's why I'm thinking it will be best to wear all up..prevent frizz or anything else. Not sure yet. I like the 1/2 up look with the dresses I've been trying on though..who knows, it may change like the color of my dress and style of it has!

I am going to have a trial at the Chanel counter soon, I figure i only use chanel makeup so why not have a trial, The makeup artists at most counters come to you house the day of, The trials are free, wich is kinda cool
Also the salon by me Lumara, They do makeup and hair and come to your home the day of as well, I may have a trial with them as well. They are a vendor on here. I think its 50 dollars for hair and 50 dollars for makeup
I am having my friend who is one of my BM do my make up. He is finishing school this auagust and has worked for estee lauder. she does really good work. she will be in ny that tiem if you want her info. she will also be here for the next 3 weeks.
