I'm not using them but I believe Oksana and the Hair Genie are based out of Queens.
I have someone for hair, her name is Kara, she is located in Queens at Salon Diva on Francis Lewis in Fresh Meadows. FM if you want her number. As for makeup try Lisa at Christies in Bayside and will come to the house.

Hi Celia!!! I used Oksana and her studio is in Fresh Meadows, Queens. She was awesome and did a great job on my entire BP and my MIL who all had different requests for light makeup, dramatic look, etc! Jenn was unavailable for my day but she is great too I hear! They work tog out of Oksana's studio.

P.S. On second thought...unfortunately I remember that Oksana had a mininum # of girls. But I would try her anyway...her new website has her availability listed right there so you can check it. If not try Karen Wysoki (she's in WIliston Park and will travel to you and does not have a mininum). She did my friend's makeup for her wedding and she looked gorgeous. :)
