Thanks so much! JUST got a sweet email from them, and a trial appointment. Guess I contacted them at a bad time. They were really sad about the whole situation. But they aren't taking it out on the rest of us.
I will DEF try Oksana if it doesn't work out.
MUCH appreciation for the advice. (I am new to this..obviously)

oh yeah they are great, I booked them too. I was laughing the whole time I was there for my trial!

I agree- Oksana is FANTASTIC,they are both great!! I am a bit biased cause they are my friends but they truly made me look the most beautiful I could be on my wedding day.
